--I was blown away by the quality and promptness of the service. I called at 4 pm on a Friday night with a problem. Shawn came out THAT NIGHT and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. He gave his price up front and it BLEW the competition's prices away. I won't be taking my computer anywhere else. He will have a storefront sometime soon...Definitely look for it. Shawn gave some suggestions on things he could do to improve the computer's performance, but there was no pressure to do anything more than I wanted done. A true Professional.
