Koga Bluetooth Dongle Driver Windows 8.1

Post by Sammy1991 »

I recently purchased a Koga Bluetooth Dongle to use with my Windows 8.1 laptop. However, I am having trouble finding the appropriate driver for it. I have conducted extensive searches on various websites and forums, including the manufacturer's website, but to no avail. Does anyone happen to have a direct link to the driver I need? I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you in advance!

A: Please ensure that the dongle is inserted properly into a functional USB port on your computer. Additionally, check if your device's Bluetooth is turned on and in pairing mode. You may need to update the Bluetooth drivers on your computer if the issue persists.

2. Q: My Koga Bluetooth Dongle is connected, but the audio quality is poor. What should I do?
A: First, try to move the dongle closer to your Bluetooth device to improve the signal strength. Make sure there are no obstacles or electromagnetic interference. If the issue persists, check the drivers of your audio output device and update them if necessary. You can also try pairing the dongle with a different Bluetooth device to verify if the problem lies with the dongle.

A: This issue might be due to a faulty LED indicator or incorrect power supply. Make sure the dongle is properly connected to a USB port that is providing sufficient power. Try connecting the dongle to another USB port to see if the LED indicator turns on. If the problem continues, it could be a manufacturing defect, and you might need to contact the Koga customer support for further assistance.
