Download Drivers

I recently purchased a Canon printer, and when I tried to install the driver on my Windows 10 PC, I received an error message stating "You do not have sufficient privileges to install the program." I have checked my user account settings, and I am the administrator on this computer. I have also tried running the installation file as an administrator, but it didn't help. I searched on the Canon website for the driver, but couldn't find a specific link to download it. Can someone please provide me with a direct link to download the Canon printer driver?
