I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and unfortunately, it seems that my sound driver didn't come along for the ride. I've been searching high and low on various websites and forums, but to no avail. The device manager just shows "Generic Sound Driver" with no further details. Could someone please point me in the right direction and provide a reliable link to download the appropriate sound driver for Windows 10? I would greatly appreciate any assistance!

Answer: To ensure proper connection, make sure your device is in pairing mode and within the Bluetooth range of the speakers. Also, check if the speakers are not already connected to another device. If the issue persists, try restarting both the speakers and your device, and then attempt the pairing again.

2. Question: Why is the sound quality distorted or unclear?
Answer: Firstly, check if the volume on your device and the speakers are set at an appropriate level. If the sound remains distorted, try adjusting the equalizer settings on your device for better audio output. Additionally, ensure that the Bluetooth or AUX cable connections are secure and not damaged.

3. Question: Why does my device not turn on or charge?
Answer: If your device does not turn on, check if the battery is completely drained. Connect the speakers to a power source using the provided charging cable and adapter for at least 15 minutes. If the charging indicator does not show, try using a different USB cable or outlet. If the issue continues, contact customer support for further assistance.
