Answer: There could be several reasons for this issue. Firstly, ensure that you have installed the latest driver for USB 2.0 compatible with Windows 10. Additionally, check the USB connection and try a different USB port to rule out any port-related issues. Lastly, make sure the USB device itself is functioning correctly by testing it on another computer.

2. Question: How can I update the USB 2.0 driver in Windows 10?
Answer: To update the USB 2.0 driver in Windows 10, follow these steps:
1. Press the Windows key + X and select "Device Manager."
2. Expand the "Universal Serial Bus controllers" category.
3. Right-click on the USB 2.0 driver and choose "Update driver."
4. Select the option to search automatically for updated driver software.
5. Windows will then search and install the latest driver if available.

3. Question: Is USB 2.0 backward compatible with USB 1.1?
Answer: Yes, USB 2.0 is backward compatible with USB 1.1. This means that USB 2.0 devices can be used with USB 1.1 ports, although the transfer speed will be limited to the USB 1.1 specifications. However, USB 1.1 devices cannot achieve the higher data transfer rates provided by USB 2.0.
