Q2: Why am I unable to establish a serial connection with my device?
A2: First, verify that the correct driver for CH340 is installed on your Windows 10 system. Ensure that the device is powered on and connected to the computer via the USB cable. If the issue persists, try using a different USB port on your computer or test the device on another computer to rule out any port-related problems.

2. Expand the "Universal Serial Bus controllers" section.
3. Right-click on the "USB Serial CH340" and choose "Properties".
4. In the Properties window, go to the "Power Management" tab.

Restart your computer for the settings to take effect and check if the intermittent connection issue is resolved.
