I recently updated the drivers on my Windows 7 PC, and now I have no sound! I've checked the Device Manager, and it says that the High Definition Audio Device is working properly. However, when I try to play any audio, I don't hear anything. I've also checked the volume mixer to make sure that nothing is muted or turned down too low.

I've tried to troubleshoot the issue by reinstalling the audio driver, but I can't seem to find the correct driver for my specific sound card. I've looked on the manufacturer's website, but they only seem to provide driver updates for newer operating systems like Windows 10.
