I recently upgraded my operating system to Windows 10 and now I'm having trouble finding the driver for my JBL Go Bluetooth speaker. I've searched on the official JBL website, but couldn't find a specific driver for Windows 10. I also checked the Windows Update feature, but it didn't provide any driver updates for my speaker. Could someone please help me find a reliable source or provide a download link for the JBL Go driver compatible with Windows 10? Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: Why is my JBL Go not connecting to Windows 10?
A: Firstly, ensure that Bluetooth is turned on both on your Windows 10 device and the JBL Go. Make sure the speaker is within range and not connected to any other device. If the issue persists, try deleting the previously paired Bluetooth device from your Windows 10 settings and then re-pairing with the JBL Go.

2. Q: Why does the sound from my JBL Go keep cutting out during playback?
A: This issue might occur due to a weak Bluetooth connection. Ensure that the JBL Go and your audio-playing device are in close proximity, as obstacles can interfere with the signal. Additionally, check if the speaker's battery is low, as a low battery can sometimes cause intermittent sound output.

3. Q: How can I factory reset my JBL Go if it's not functioning properly?
A: To perform a factory reset on the JBL Go, turn on the speaker and hold down the power button for about 3-5 seconds until the light indicator starts flashing. This process will reset the speaker to its default settings. After the reset, you'll need to pair the speaker again with your device.
