Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 on my computer and realized that my joystick is not working properly. I suspect that I need to update the driver to make it compatible with the new operating system. I have searched extensively on the manufacturer's website, various driver databases, and even tried Windows Update, but I couldn't find the specific driver I need for Windows 10 64-bit. Could someone please provide me with a link to download the correct joystick driver? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Three troubleshooting questions and answers for this device:
Q1: The joystick is not responding properly. What should I do?
A1: Firstly, ensure that the drivers for the joystick are correctly installed. You can check this in the Device Manager under the "Game controllers" section. If the drivers are already installed, try calibrating the joystick in the Windows settings. If the issue persists, try connecting the joystick to a different USB port or test it on another computer to rule out any hardware problems.

Q2: The joystick buttons are not working. How can I fix this?
A2: Start by verifying that the buttons on the joystick are not physically stuck or damaged. If they appear to be fine, try recalibrating the joystick in the Windows settings. Additionally, check the game or software you are using with the joystick to ensure that the buttons are properly assigned and enabled within the game's settings.

Q3: The joystick is not recognized by my Windows 10 (64-bit) computer. What steps should I take?
A3: Initially, confirm that you have installed the correct drivers for the joystick. If the drivers are already installed, try connecting the joystick to a different USB port to eliminate any possible port issues. If the joystick still remains unrecognized, attempt installing the drivers in compatibility mode by right-clicking the driver setup file and selecting "Properties." Then, navigate to the "Compatibility" tab, and choose the appropriate compatibility mode for your Windows version. Restart your computer and check if the joystick is now recognized.
