1. Question: My Canon printer is not responding. What should I do?

If not, download and install the Canon Printer Driver for Windows XP from the official Canon website. Restart the printer and computer, and try printing again.

2. Question: The print quality from my Canon printer is poor. How can I improve it?
Answer: Start by cleaning the printhead using the printer's built-in cleaning function. If the print quality remains unsatisfactory, make sure you are using the recommended paper type and print settings. Additionally, consider replacing or aligning the ink cartridges and performing a thorough ink cartridge cleaning through the printer software.

3. Question: I'm experiencing frequent paper jams with my Canon printer. How can I resolve this issue?
Answer: Begin by removing any jammed paper carefully, following the instructions provided in the printer's user manual. Ensure that the paper size and type settings in both the printer driver and paper tray match the loaded paper.
