Hi everyone,

I recently encountered a Driver Overran Stack Error on my Windows 10 computer and it seems to be related to a faulty device driver. I've been trying to troubleshoot the issue myself but unfortunately, I haven't been successful in finding a solution.

I've searched various websites, including the official manufacturer's website, but couldn't find a specific driver for the device that might be causing the issue. I've also checked Windows Update, but it didn't provide any relevant driver updates either.

Could someone please help me find the correct driver for my Windows 10 system? If you need additional information about my computer or the error message, please let me know. I really appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Issue: Printer not recognized by the computer.
Answer: Please ensure that the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and the computer. Try using a different USB port or cable. Restart both the printer and the computer. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the printer driver.

2. Issue: Poor print quality or missing colors in the printout.
Answer: First, perform a head cleaning process from the printer utility software. This can often resolve print quality issues. Ensure that the ink cartridges are correctly installed and have sufficient ink. If the problem continues, try aligning the printhead using the printer's software. If the issue still persists, it may be necessary to replace the ink cartridges.

3. Issue: Paper jam error message.
Answer: Start by turning off the printer and disconnecting the power cord. Gently remove any stuck paper from the input and output trays. Open the printer cover and check for any remaining paper or obstructions. If necessary, use tweezers to carefully remove any small bits of paper. Close the cover and reconnect the power cord. Try printing again. If the error message continues, consult the printer's user manual for further troubleshooting steps or contact Epson customer support.

Note: For further assistance and detailed troubleshooting, refer to the user manual or contact the manufacturer's customer support.
