Windows 10 Update Ethernet Driver

Post by Becca1985 »

Hi everyone,

I recently updated my operating system to Windows 10 and unfortunately, my Ethernet driver seems to have been affected. I have tried searching for the driver on both the manufacturer's website and the Windows update but haven't had any luck in finding a compatible version for Windows 10.

I'm using an XYZ motherboard (model number XYZ123) and if anyone could provide me with a direct link to the latest Ethernet driver for Windows 10, I would greatly appreciate it. I've already tried searching on the XYZ website, but their support page only seems to have drivers for older versions of Windows.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide!

Also, check if the driver was installed correctly; try reinstalling it. Additionally, check if the router is functioning properly or if any IP conflicts exist.

2. Q: Why is the internet connection intermittently dropping when using the Windows 10 Update Ethernet Driver?
A: This problem might arise due to various factors. Start by verifying that the Ethernet cable is not damaged or loosely connected. Also, try updating the driver to the latest version from the manufacturer's website. However, note that this option might not be available if the previous driver version was not stored on the device or if a newer driver has been installed since the update.
