I recently upgraded to Windows 10 Home on my computer and noticed that my mouse is not functioning properly. It seems that I might need to update the mouse driver, but I'm unable to find a reliable source for it. I've already searched on the manufacturer's website, various driver update software, and even tried using Windows Update, but no luck so far. Could someone please provide a direct download link for the mouse driver compatible with Windows 10 Home? Thank you in advance for any assistance!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Why is my USB optical mouse not working on my Windows 10 Home laptop?
- Check if the mouse is properly connected to the USB port. Try connecting it to a different USB port on your laptop.
- Make sure that the mouse driver is correctly installed. Update or reinstall the mouse driver if necessary.
- Check if the mouse is compatible with Windows 10 Home. If not, try using it on a different operating system or consider getting a compatible mouse.

2. How do I fix the scrolling issue with my USB optical mouse?
- Try cleaning the scroll wheel using a soft cloth or compressed air to remove any dirt or debris that might be causing the issue.
- Adjust the mouse settings in Windows 10 Home. Go to the Control Panel and navigate to the Mouse settings. Check if there are any specific settings related to scroll wheel behavior and make necessary adjustments.
- If the scrolling issue persists, consider replacing the mouse as it might be a hardware problem.

3. My USB optical mouse cursor is moving erratically, what should I do?
- Ensure that the mouse pad or surface where you are using the mouse is clean and smooth. A dirty or uneven surface can cause the cursor to move erratically.
- Check if there are any wireless devices, such as cordless phones or wireless routers, in close proximity to the mouse. These devices can interfere with the mouse's signal. Move the mouse and the interfering devices farther apart.
- Replace the batteries if you are using a wireless USB optical mouse. Low battery levels can cause cursor movement issues.
