Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

Q1: My Universal LAN driver is not working on Windows XP. What should I do?
A1: Firstly, ensure that the driver is correctly installed by checking Device Manager under Network Adapters. If not installed, download the driver from a reliable source and reinstall it. Rebooting the system after installation might also help. If the problem persists, try updating Windows XP with the latest service pack and critical updates.

Q2: I have installed the Universal LAN driver, but my computer fails to connect to the network. What could be the issue?
A2: Firstly, verify that the Ethernet cable is properly connected to both the computer and the network device. Ensure that the LAN adapter is enabled in Device Manager and that there are no yellow exclamation marks indicating driver issues. Try using a different Ethernet cable and/or a different network port on the router or switch. If all else fails, consider updating the LAN adapter's firmware or contacting the manufacturer for assistance.

Q3: The Universal LAN driver installation completed successfully, but I still cannot access the internet. How can I resolve this issue?
A3: Confirm that your system is configured to obtain an IP address automatically through DHCP settings. Open the Network Connections window, right-click on the LAN connection, and select Properties. Under the General tab, double-check that 'Obtain an IP address automatically' and 'Obtain DNS server address automatically' are selected. If not, enable these options and restart the computer. Additionally, verify that the network equipment, such as the modem or router, is functioning correctly.
