Download Driver Microsoft Arc Mouse

Post by Sandy1991 »

Hi everyone,

I've been desperately searching for the driver for my Microsoft Arc Mouse, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I've checked the official Microsoft website, various driver update websites, and even tried searching on forums, but no luck so far.

Does anyone here happen to have a direct download link for the driver or can guide me to a reliable source where I can find it? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

Q: My Microsoft Arc Mouse is not connecting to my computer. What should I do?
A: Firstly, ensure that the mouse is turned on and in pairing mode. Then, check if the Bluetooth is enabled on your computer. If Bluetooth is enabled, try restarting both the mouse and the computer. If the issue persists, try removing the mouse from your computer's Bluetooth devices and then re-pairing it.

Q: The scrolling functionality of my Microsoft Arc Mouse is not working. How can I fix it?
A: Firstly, check if the scrolling surface of the mouse is clean and free from dust or debris. If it is dirty, clean it gently with a soft cloth. Additionally, make sure that the mouse drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the official Microsoft website. If the problem persists, try restarting your computer and re-connecting the mouse.

Q: The battery life of my Microsoft Arc Mouse seems much shorter than expected. What can I do to improve it?
A: Firstly, ensure that the mouse is turned off when not in use to conserve battery. Additionally, you can adjust the mouse's power settings to optimize battery performance. To do this, go to the operating system's settings and navigate to the Bluetooth or Mouse settings. From there, locate the Microsoft Arc Mouse and modify the power settings to a lower performance level. Lowering the mouse's DPI may also help conserve battery life.
