Driver Scanner Hp J4660 Windows 7

Post by Sully1991 »

I recently upgraded my operating system to Windows 7 and I am in need of a driver for my HP J4660 printer. I have searched on the official HP website, as well as on other driver download websites, but I haven't been able to find the specific driver I need. Can anyone please provide me with a reliable download link for the driver scanner for my printer model? I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you in advance!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: Why isn't my HP J4660 scanner turning on?
A: Firstly, ensure that the power cable is securely plugged into both the scanner and a working power outlet. If the problem persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting the cable. If the scanner still does not turn on, it might be a power supply issue. Contact HP support for further assistance.

2. Q: My scanned images are not appearing correctly. What can I do?
A: Ensure that you have specified the correct scan settings in your scanning software. Check the resolution, file format, and scan settings to make sure they align with your requirements. If the issue persists, try updating the scanner drivers to the latest version from the HP website. If the problem continues, there might be an issue with the scanner's hardware. Contact HP support for further troubleshooting.

3. Q: Why is my scanner not able to communicate with my computer?
A: Firstly, check the USB cable connections. Ensure that the cable is securely plugged into both the scanner and the computer. If connected through a USB hub, try connecting the scanner directly to a USB port on the computer. If the issue persists, try using a different USB cable as the existing one might be faulty. Additionally, make sure the scanner drivers are correctly installed and up to date. If the problem still persists, contact HP support for further assistance.
