Driver Touchscreen Windows 10 Hp

Post by Barney »

Hi there! I've been searching high and low for a driver link for the touchscreen on my HP laptop running Windows 10, but I just can't seem to find it anywhere. I've already tried going to the official HP website and checked their support section, but unfortunately, they don't seem to have the specific driver available for download. I've also tried searching on various driver update websites, but no luck so far. Could someone please provide me with a reliable driver link or any other suggestions on where I could possibly find it? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

Q1: The touchscreen on my Windows 10 HP device is unresponsive. What could be causing this issue?
A1: There are several potential causes for an unresponsive touchscreen. First, ensure that the device is clean and free from any dirt or debris. If that doesn't solve the problem, try restarting the device. If the issue persists, update the touchscreen driver or try reinstalling it.

Q2: I have a Windows 10 HP device, and the touchscreen is working but not accurately registering my touches. How can I fix this?
A2: If the touchscreen is not accurately registering your touches, first clean the screen to ensure there are no smudges or dirt affecting its accuracy. If the problem persists, calibrate the touchscreen by going to the "Pen & Windows Ink" settings in the Windows 10 control panel. Follow the on-screen instructions to perform the calibration process.

Q3: The touchscreen on my Windows 10 HP device suddenly stopped working after a recent Windows update. What should I do?
A3: If the touchscreen stops working after a Windows update, try uninstalling the recently installed updates to check if one of them is causing the issue. Go to the "Settings" menu, select "Update & Security," then click on "Windows Update" and choose "View update history" to see the installed updates. Uninstall them one by one, restarting the device after each uninstallation, to identify the problematic update. Once the culprit is found, you can prevent it from re-installing by hiding the specific update in Windows Update settings.
