2. Why is my keyboard not working?
Answer: Firstly, check if the keyboard is properly connected to the device. If it is a wired keyboard, ensure that the USB connector is securely plugged into the appropriate port. If it is a wireless keyboard, ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly and that the keyboard is in pairing mode. Additionally, try restarting the device and checking the keyboard settings in the Windows Control Panel.

3. Why does the computer freeze or lag during usage?
Answer: There can be several reasons for this issue. Firstly, check if the device has sufficient available storage space and ensure that unnecessary background programs are closed. It is also advisable to update the graphics and device drivers to the latest versions. Performing a disk cleanup and running a full system scan for malware and viruses might also help resolve the freezing or lagging issue.
