Windows 10 Pro Touch Screen Driver

Post by Henny96 »

I recently upgraded my operating system to Windows 10 Pro and unfortunately, the touch screen feature on my device seems to have stopped working. I suspect that I may need to update the touch screen driver. I have tried searching for the driver on the manufacturer's website, but despite my efforts, I am unable to find a direct download link for the driver. Could anyone kindly assist me in finding the appropriate touch screen driver for my Windows 10 Pro? Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:
1. Q: Why is the touch screen on my device not responding?
A: Ensure that the touch screen is clean and free from any dirt or debris. If cleaning does not resolve the issue, try restarting the device. If the problem persists, update the touch screen driver from the manufacturer's website or contact their customer support for further assistance.

2. Q: Why is the battery life of my device significantly shorter than expected?
A: Check if any power-hungry programs or background processes are running unnecessarily. Adjust the power settings to optimize battery performance. If the issue persists, calibrate the battery by fully charging and discharging it a few times. If the problem continues, consider replacing the battery or contact the manufacturer for support.

3. Q: My device keeps overheating and shutting down. What should I do?
A: Make sure the device's vents and cooling fans are not obstructed by dust or debris. Clean the vents using compressed air if necessary. Use the device on a hard, flat surface to allow adequate airflow. Adjust the power settings to lower the processor's performance if the overheating issue persists. If none of these steps resolve the problem, contact the manufacturer's support for further assistance.
