Windows Driver For Mouse

Post by Allie92 »

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find the Windows driver for my mouse and I've been having a bit of trouble locating it. I've already tried searching on the manufacturer's website, but their support page seems to be down at the moment. I also attempted to use Windows Update, but unfortunately, it didn't find any new drivers for my mouse.

I have a Logitech M325 wireless mouse, and my operating system is Windows 10. If anyone has the driver link or knows where I can find it, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to ensure that my mouse is running on the latest and most compatible driver. Thanks in advance for any help!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

Question 1: The mouse pointer is not moving on my Windows computer. What could be the issue?
Answer 1: Please ensure that the mouse is securely connected to a USB port. Try unplugging and re-plugging the mouse to check if the connection is loose. Additionally, check if the mouse drivers are installed correctly. If not, download and install the Windows driver for the mouse from the official website of the manufacturer.

Question 2: The mouse scroll wheel is not working. How can I fix this?
Answer 2: Firstly, clean the scroll wheel area using a small brush or cotton swab to remove any dust or debris that may be obstructing its functionality. If that doesn't solve the issue, try adjusting the scroll wheel settings in the mouse control panel on your Windows computer. Make sure the scroll wheel button is not stuck or physically damaged.

Question 3: The mouse cursor is moving erratically or jumping around on the screen. What should I do?
Answer 3: This could be caused by a dirty optical sensor or a surface that is not suitable for optical mice. Clean the surface thoroughly and use a mouse pad or a different smooth, non-reflective surface to ensure proper mouse movement. If the problem persists, try changing the mouse's DPI settings to a lower sensitivity level.
