Q2: Why is the scanned image quality poor with grainy or blurry results?
A2: This issue may occur due to incorrect scanning settings. Ensure that the scanning resolution is set to an appropriate value, typically between 300 dpi to 600 dpi, for clear results. Additionally, clean the scanner glass and scanning components with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any dust or smudges that might affect the image quality.
Q3: Why is the scanner not recognized by my computer despite being properly connected?
A3: Firstly, check if the USB cable is securely connected to both the scanner and the computer. If the connection seems fine, try connecting the scanner to a different USB port on your computer.
